BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults for a short period of time. Botox can also be injected into the area around the side of the eyes to improve the look of moderate to severe crow’s feet lines in adults for a short period of time. Botox can also be injected under the arms for severe sweating (primary axillary hyperhidrosis).
Many people have experienced Botox’s proven results, with no surgery or recovery time.
Botox is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18.
Skin ages and wrinkles come from a variety of different factors including, cellular changes, hormone loss and damage caused by free radical. The vertical lines between your eyebrows, along with constant wear and tear, come from years of constant squinting and frowning. The muscle between your eyebrow contracts and with this constant contraction comes wrinkles. Botox works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduced muscle activity that causes persistent lines to form.
Botox can last up to 4 months. Your own results may vary, be sure to talk to Dr. Grafton about what you can expect and when to schedule your next appointment.
Botox may cause serious side effects. Call PSI Medical at 248-299-6228 if you have any problems after the injection.

Juvederm Voluma injectable gel is a brand new filler from Juvederm. Voluma is a filler that is used to enhance the shape of your face by gently lifting the cheeks. What is the Rejuvapen?
The Rejuvapen uses 9 microneedles to create invisible micro-perforations into the epidermis and the top layer of the dermis.
This shifts the skins natural repair mechanism into a high gear and starts producing collagen and elastin to repair these micro-perforations. This self-repairing property of the skin is a 100% natural form of skin renewal from the inside out.
Rejuvapen is a Fractional Collagen Induction Therapy System. The advantage of the Rejuvapen compared to other similar treatments is that not only does it activate cell regeneration, but it enhances the absorption of your skin care regiment. Your skin becomes firmer and regains its elasticity. Fine lines and wrinkles reduce in size, pores become smaller, and circulation is improved which supports younger looking skin.
Rejuvapen improves the overall condition of the skin.
Benefits of the Rejuvapen
Most patients look as though they have a moderate to severe sunburn and your skin may feel warmer and tighter than usual. This is normal and will subside in 1-2 hours. Most patients recover in less than 24 hours.
Dr. Grafton will prescribe a Rejuvapen-approved post-procedure skincare product or recovery kit.

Your first step in treating any type of acne is to repair the damage done. This phase consists of two Formulas: Formula A PM (Evening) and Formula B AM (Morning).
Custom formula Formula A PM serves two important purposes. It contains hydrocortisone which helps control the swelling that can be caused by killing acne bacteria and Retinoic Acid which helps to bring new cells to the surface.
Formula B AM works to replenish and sustain your skin and has been customized towards exposure experienced during daylight. This unique combination of elements contains strong cleansers and antibacterials to reinforce your skin cells and maintain a healthy glow as you go about your day.
During this phase, youʼll be prescribed Formula B AM and Formula B PM. PM works just like Formula A PM, by repairing damage and replenishing skin with new cells. A key difference between the PM formula in phase one and this formula is the absence of hydrocortisone. In most cases, it is unnecessary to treat swelling after the initial phase of therapy.
Phase three of treatment contains all the necessary components to avoid new outbreaks of acne while rebuilding new, replenished skin.
Welcome to Clear Skin!
After 3 months, 50% of facial cells are brand new. By going through the 3-step Acne program over 90% of patients respond with full recovery.
Expect acne to surface because it has nowhere else to go; in this case, add additional hydrocortisone 1% to face twice daily for the first week, and it will remove the inflammation as soon as 2 days.
Expect dryness as the medicine works hard to fulfill new cells. This can be remedied with our hypoallergenic moisturizer gel. Apply daily and avoid dryness immediately.
